Portraits
My first two images where taken while me and three friends of mine when hiking in southern Utah about three weeks ago. I thought the idea of natural setups behind a portrait was the best way to go about it. I have never been a big fan of portraits with a simple white background. I tried to find images that had the ability to show how these two felt, while still having good texture in the backgrounds. The first one was of my buddy Ben. He was not a huge fan of me asking to take a portrait and he was actually mid-hitting the camera from my hand, however i think the picture worked out well. The other one of another buddy. I thought this picture showed how cold and miserable he was after a very long and cold day. I really liked the aspect of him sitting as well as being sideways. I thought black and whit was the best when to pull across the emotion of each photo, the color one's where almost dull by comparison.
The last one was taken a while ago with a tripod and different camera, however I always really liked this image as a portrait. It is of me and my friend ben(from above) just after i had shaved my head, he was disgusted by the site and i found myself cracking up over it.

Clone, Paint, Letter
Hey everybody, just recently got back from a trip
across country. Had a great time taking pictures while I was there.
The first one I duplicated to add a second tower
to the top right. Really thought this tool was cool.
I never knew I could create a clone. It took me quite a while to figure out. When I finally got a good one, I was so afraid to mess it up again. The reason behind the squiggle on the mans back.
